He did not bill all of my dos and he billed the wrong dos twice and he over charged me. He demanded his share before the dentist paid and he took to much and refused to send me my refund. He still refuses to bill one procedure for insurance payment that I paid cash for the entire procedure. He told the insurance companies several untruths about the same procedure three different accounts of the procedure: he said I wished to choose this procedure. He said I did not have the procedure done.; He said the insurance would not pay for the procedure and he refused to bill the procedure d5820. He changed the procedure code and demanded $992.00 cash upfront and he was no going to bill the procedure correctly. I refused this procedure for $1308.00 the way he presented it to me and the fact that he was rude to me and demanded the cash up front and the claims department said that he could not bill the procedure this way d5225 which was changed on 14-11-2016. I am a good patient. I paid almost $6000.00 for dental care in 2011-2012 and this is the thanks I get. This visit was supposed to be for $2888.00. I am very unhappy and disappointed that anyoe in business would treat a human being this way. In my estimation he has lied & overcharged me
