Dr. Frugoli has been our family Dentist for 7 years. Dr. And his staff always provide the best treatment and service. He has repaired that which other Dentists left a mess. Thank you Dr. Rugoli.

dr frugoli dentist with caughlin crossing dentistry is a arrogant, haughty, heavy-handed dentist with a my way or highway additude.
He i being investigated for insurance fraud.
Dr frugoli abuses, exploits elderly, disabled and vulnerable patients.
This is a mean-spirated dentist, out for profits and not for patients health.

Dr. Frugoli is the best dentist in Reno. The staff is always profession and friendly. The office clean and welcoming. Dr. Frugoli is extremely gentle and always takes time to explain everything and make sure you are comfortable. I have never had a complaint about any procedure and would recommend Dr. Frugoli to all my family and friends!!

I first came to Dr Frugoli 13 years ago with horrible teeth. I had not seen a dentist but maybe 2 times in my life. #1 They treated me so kind and respectfully even though I was embarassed of my poor dental health. #2 The work he did on me including: Bridges, fillings, root canal, gum grafting, and (just recently:) bone grafting - have been remarkably LOW in discomfort (including the dreaded injection to numb your mouth!!!) durring the procedure and after. #3 My new "teeth" have lasted beyond projected life of the treatment! -my 3 bridges are still in great shape. My front tooth filling has had no trouble (my husband's front tooth filling had to be re-done 3 times by his dentist). I highly recommend Dr. Frugoli to my family and friends!

I went to Caughlin Crossing Dentistry in Reno, NV for a chipped tooth repair. A new patient, I told Dr. Frugoli I was 75 years old, recently had a stroke and was on 4 medications.
Plastic spoons were stuck in my mouth so my teeth would be better exposed for the camera. I was ordered to smile while facial photos were taken. There x-rays, oral exams, root scaling. Dr. Frugoli quickly ran up charges of $2000.00. There were charges for work not done. I was charged $58.00 for "miracle" toothpaste and $25.00 for incomplete duplicate x-rays. (MY previous dentist sent courtesy x-rays (no Charge) to Dr. Frugoli.)
Dr. Frugoli was angry because I complained about waiting one hour past my appointment time.
I found Dr. Frugoli to be heavy-handed, hostile, arrogant and dishonest.
Caughlin Crossing Dentistry has a great staff. They were professional, courteous and friendly.
My chipped tooth was never repaired.
