Dr. Kouzoukian has been my dentist for over 15 years and I feel grateful to have found him! He is easy to communicate with and I feel confident that he truly cares about my health. His passion for dentistry is evident in the way that he is happy to discuss all treatment options available to me and make creative suggestions. For example, I used to chew ice cubes and had some serious dental issues. Dr. K. discussed the options with me and repaired my teeth at a reasonable cost. Now they look beautiful. His staff is very nice and I am usually seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time. Another thing I like about Dr. Kouzoukian is how meticulous he is. He really takes his time cleaning my teeth, and I appreciate how great they look afterwards. I have recommended many family and friends to him and they have become long time customers as well. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with Dr. Kouzoukian.

Dr Kouzoukian ruining my teeth .
Overcharge me, and did cleaning the way he decided, I have a gum disease he was saying that since the first day I met him ., I trusted him and now it's embarrassing for me and very painful to eat talk and smile . I regret the day when I first went there I wasn't happy at first , And the last . It's been five weeks my gum still bleeds and I am in pain .
Most important thing he's trying to sell those little brushes they're not cheap . please excuse my writing English as a second language .

I have been a patient of Dr. Kouzoukian for approximately 3 years. Smart man, but VERY disrespectful, VERY unprofessional and horrible customer service.
So I booked an appt for myself my mother and my husband. I recently had a baby 7 weeks ago and I had an emergency with my child and my mother is sick. I agreed to pay the 25 dollars each fee for cancelling. (Total 75 dollars as we canceled our appts in less than 24 hours) This dentist preceded to curse me out and tell me how much money he makes per patient from the insurance company. he demanded that one of us comes in and we can figure out who can watch our kid. He yelled about us paying the fee as what he would've made on all three of us is nothing compared to the fee we will pay. He barely let me get a word in and did not want to hear my apology. He was sarcastic stating that I'm not his only patient with a newborn and he treats all of us the same. All in all...
Being a good doctor also includes patient care, professionalism, and bedside manor. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any working professional. Save your time and peace of mind!!!!

My only complaint is he doesn't have newer equipment, and doesn't even give you a disinfection mouth wash for you to rinse out with....his office is very small and not up to date .
