Excellent honest dentist. Did great job installing crowns on two teeth. Identified a tooth that needed root canal that was missed by my previous dentist. Absolute pleasure going to this dentist office. Very little waiting and usually out in less than an hour. Also great advice on taking care of teeth and answering any questions you may have regarding a dental procedure.

The doctor seems to cut corners. I had a small cavity fixed but it became more sensitive than before. Another dentist told me there may be very little insulation in the filling.

I have known and used Dr Griesner for 33 years ,and it is great pleasure of my life. Dr.Griesner is a sensational dentist.I have had many cavities filled ,excellent gum cleaning ,many well performed root canals,with the variously perfect processes that follow root canal,such as posts,and crowns.Furthermore ,i have referred many people to his office ,and they in turn have referred so many more due to his excellent performance ,which includes impeccable "bedside manner" ,as he always patient ,caring ,friendly and extremely conscientious.He also has accepted my insurance ,and always works to keep all costs down for out of pocket work.Dr Griesner always sees you in an emergency situation,and does his best ,which is excellent, to solve any dental situation which may arise ,with a caring , and considerate touch that not only resolves the problem ,but is done very professionally.In summation i hope i have made it very apparent that I would highly recommend Dr .griesner,and i as patient now for 33 years and going strong ,and having just now come from his office ,subsequent to his excellent and caring staff fitting me in for a crown ,and he taking the time to make the crown fit superbly,i cannot imagine a better dentist in the entire city

About Front Desk: the front office staff headed by the wonderful and gracious shoshana ,are very caring and thoughtful,and always make every effort to avail you of appointments that fit your schedule.kathy and jocelyn also ably assist,and they too are very caring , and considerate ,all of them handle you as "family" whether it be by phone or in person.they always help with insurance issues, and make sure emergencies are handled expeditiously .i personally just came from the office and without an appointment ,and since there was an opening they fit me in with incredible graciousness that i could be not be more thankful for.the front office as well as Kathy and ana who assist the dentist in the back, are wonderful caring human beings who always make feel as if I was a member of their family ,and so i am

About Hygienist: the hygienists are all excellent ,caring ,and I would highly recommend this office for not only the great dental work ,but also for the great hygienic staff.both hygienists ,irina and bianca are caring professional staff people who i am very fortunate to have

Professional, proficient, gental dentist. I come from California to Dr. Harvey Griesner, he the best dentist I ever had. Worth the trip to NY. Reasonale prices. Great staff and wonderful cleaning.
