About Front Desk: the front office staff headed by the wonderful and gracious shoshana ,are very caring and thoughtful,and always make every effort to avail you of appointments that fit your schedule.kathy and jocelyn also ably assist,and they too are very caring , and considerate ,all of them handle you as "family" whether it be by phone or in person.they always help with insurance issues, and make sure emergencies are handled expeditiously .i personally just came from the office and without an appointment ,and since there was an opening they fit me in with incredible graciousness that i could be not be more thankful for.the front office as well as Kathy and ana who assist the dentist in the back, are wonderful caring human beings who always make feel as if I was a member of their family ,and so i am
