I pre-paid for 6 implants but only received 4. I asked Dr Kur to provide the remaining 2 implants I had already paid for and he tried to extract an additional $5,000.00 from me to complete the work. I personally met with him and he was unable to complete a discussion as he became increasingly belligerent and left his conference room. He told me he would review the estimate and a week later I received an estimate of $13,000.00 to complete the work! This dentist is an arrogant, money hungry, unprofessional individual. I highly recommend avoiding this practice.

Highly Unethical and Unprofessional. Expensive and money hungry. Does not explain what he did and why he made those choices. Highly volatile personality, terrible customer service / people skills. I would NOT RECOMMEND.

inept office staff. No explanations were given. The Dr is unprofessional unethical and greedy. It's all about the dollar. We don't believe he even preformed the procedure. The jaw is now worse. I had to pay cash and he changed things along the way. I was charged $850 for a $125 mouth guard that never fit. He told me "it fit you just have to push it on. He is rude and when I called to question him he stated "I held up my end of the bargain" Very unethical to say the least
