Dr. Knee is borderline incompetent. He put in a bridge into my lower jaw; not even discussing the possibility of implants. The bridge has fallen out twice in as many months. The bridge is supposed to last 5 years, it wont even stay in 5 weeks.

About Front Desk: Receptionist always acts like booking an appointment is like doing you a favor. Spelled my name wrong several times on forms

About four years ago I took my three children for a check up and the doctor only wanted my son and himself in the office alone. He was obviously annoyed when I came down the hallway with my two other kids to stand at the doorway and watch. I was not in his way and my kids were quiet and well behaved, but he kept telling me to go wait down the hall, meaning the waiting area. I did walk away but then caught myself and came back to keep an eye on my son. He was muttering under his breath that he can't work in this way and was whining about me standing there. His secretary even came and was trying to convince me to stay in the waiting room. After the weirdo finished with my son, I paid and left, didn't let him work on my two other kids at all. My son was about a third grader I think at the time. I pass by all the time and always glance to see if he's closed down. It has always bothered me that I never made a legitimate complaint on public record, so now maybe I could get some peace about how uncomfortable he made me. His price was very expensive considering he did an awful job with the basic cleaning also.

About Front Desk: Seemed like a pleaser for the doctor and not for the patients, no matter how irrational his demands were.

I had my dentures (top and bottom) refitted. It cost me $600.00. They are still not fitting correctly. He simply put the pink acrylic (for the want of another word) to fill in the top. The top dentures fit pretty well. The bottom dentures now swim around in my mouth. Hput in very,very little of the pink material. What was done, he charged me $300.00for the top and $300.00 for the bottom. I dont think I would recommend anyone for this type of job. I felt I overpaid about $400.00.

I made an emergency appt because I had tooth ache & was traveling the next day. The receptionist, Donna, gave me directions. My choice of appointment was 12:30, or 3:30. I had a medical Dr's appt previously scheduled for 12:00 same day. I explained to Donna this (which would require me to cancel Dr's appt) and asked her if she thought 3:30 was ok Donna said come @ 12:30. So I canceled my 12:00 Dr's appt to make Dr Knee. I phoned office at 12:23 to advise I was lost, Donna said "I'm sorry you are too late , we cant take you" & hung up. When I found address . I went there(12:40 by now) she said I am sorry the doctor is gone ,he went to lunch hes gone for the day & I said you gave me choice of ap a 3:30 appt, how can that be. I said I am 10 mins late, explained to you that I had tooth ache & was traveling the next day & you are telling me he cant see me. Dr Knee never came out to address the situation, he stayed in back office. I express to Donna she should not be in the medical profession, its to help people not to be a dictator. I would think Dr Knee has the same additude towards people or he would never let a receptionist treat people as she did & turn away a patient who was in need of attention

I had cavities filled that I didn't actually have, and he ripped me off. He drilled a hole in my cheek, put white fillings over my pre-existing silver fillings that he said needed refilling due to cavities being underneath, which weren't there, which came off (the white). He charged a lot of money for horrible service. I would not recommend him to my dog.

This man is courteous, gentle and knows how to keep up with the times. He loves what he does and cares for his patients. I am truly fortunate to have found him.
