I wanted to post a review here because I was shocked to see the other poor reviews on this site. I can't imagine they represent the majority of people who see Dr. Kleem. I've been going to Dr. Kleem since 2007/ 2008. Her and her staff have always been great to me and my children. I would highly recommend her.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff have always been polite and courteous.

Wrote previous review of the post treatment of the "root canal" that was performed. After not being able to sleep any longer and the pain becoming more and more severe, I decided to go to a dentist here in Atlanta where I actually work. Their response was WOW, who did this work. they would not touch such poor workmanship of what was told to me as a root canal but was only partially completed. I now have to see an oral surgeon to get completed what was told to me was completed. It seem Victoria does not have the best fan following from some others I have spoken to that are patients. Just done with them, just done.

Just had a root canal with post complications and severe pain. Victoria in the office who is an associate dentist performed the work. This is the second time I have had complications from a root canal. Am travelling for work and requested additional pain medicine as it feels like my head is going to explode but Victoria would not assist and call in medication simply stating to take ibuprofen which as I told her 15 times was not working. Just very poor post care at this office and little sympathy for patient well being and current state. I would not recommend this dentist anymore to anyone since you can't count on them.

The Emax crown feels like a brick in my mouth and is very rough like sandpaper, which they promised would not happen. Also, Dr. Kleem's associate, Dr. Prutz, did not know how to use the Cerec machine, and so my crowns did not fit right. The Empress crown was made half the length of my surrounding teeth. She kept saying it was the limitations of the program. So I finally had to show her how to make my tooth longer on the screen. The second one came out of the Cerec machine with a big dent in it, so the doctor sanded above the dent and made the tooth very flat and small. She also made the tooth very pointy like an eye tooth, not like a bicuspid. She promised me she would remake the Empress crown in the next appointment. They demanded that I pay $500, even though my final Empress crown was not made yet. I trusted that the Dr. would keep her word and remake the crown so I paid it. That was on Thursday. On Friday, I told Dr. Kleem about my discomfort on her emergency phone line, and she said she would take care of me after the weekend. I even sent them a letter describing my discomfort. And on Monday, Dr. Prutz called and told me she was dismissing me and not re-making my Empress Crown, and that she was keeping my $500.

About Front Desk: Jeanette, their office manager was very rude and kept interupting me. This is a poorly run operation that does not keep their word. Lots of intimidation and lies.

I liked Dr. Kleem, but she does not have evening hours. My son really likes her. She does do good work. But when i went to have a crown put on, She wanted to charge me 1000.00 out-of-pocket including insurance. Which would of totaled 1600.00 for just one crown. A bit expensive to me. Also, i walked out due to the fact that i took of work to see her and had to wait in the waiting area for an hour. If i have to take off work to see her, i wanted my appointment to be timely, unless she has an emergency. That day she did not.

Confident in her expertise and her staff. Professional, clean, confident...my husband would not go to a dentist and follow through with treatment. Dr. Kleem was successful in this endeavor with my husband for the gum treatments, scaling...she even had him change his blood pressure medicine which was exaggerating his periodontal disease. He is now making progress and did not have to have the gum surgery which was a real possibility.

Had a crown put on by Dr. Kleem that fell off two days later while eating a donut-- of all things! While I was there I found out that the autoclave machine that sanitizes the instruments was broken. Made me wonder if I had clean tools in my mouth! I refused to go back after my awful visit --she was extremely distracted during the entire procedure and was less than gentle.

I am a huge baby when it comes to the dentist and any pain--I can honestly say that my visit was totally pain free! I normally have problems with the numbing procedure--but Dr. Kleem does it in such a way that I literally felt nothing at all. The staff is very caring and accommodating and the atmosphere is calming. The only down side is that she is a bit pricey. For me, the knowledge that I won't have any pain at the dentist and that she doesn't "manhandle" your mouth, makes her worth the extra expense. The whole experience was positive--considering that it was a trip to the dentist! Next time I don't even think I'll need my husband there for moral support!
