He gave us an estimate. We took out a line of credit on our home to cover the cost. He repeatedly put in temporary caps, over the course of 2 years, and when they fell out, he replaced them with more temps. He gives out valium and xanex for anxiety, and while you are still under the influence, he provides a revised estimate for more treatment.
After $15,000 was gone, I still have a couple of temporary caps left, and now have to have dentures.
I still have the prescription records if anyone wants verification of the amount and times he prescribed these dangerous drugs.
