Good freindly service, no pain, kind of high prices. I received two crowns, had 2 teeth extracted and had extensive cleaning.

This dental facility massively overcharges for their services. What I dislike most about this dentist is when you ask what you’re out of pocket expense for the procedure will be beforehand they can not tell you. They make you believe that you should have minimal if no cost for the procedure because you have a primary and secondary insurance provider. Then after the procedure you are hit with a huge bill that your insurance did not cover. Their billing practices are shaky if not criminal. Watch your bill and compare what you owe to what insurance has paid. I have recommended two people to this dentist and found that my husband and my boss are both having sensitivity issues with their crowns. They have everyone but the actual dentist work on you here so you will probably get someone different every time you go in. My advice to anyone considering this dentist is get the cost of the procedure first in writing and then call around and compare prices, also talk to your insurance provider and find out what amount they are willing to pay beforehand. I won’t be going back to this dentist or recommending them to anyone else.

I have been going to dr. ariana for about 3yrs but in the last year or year 1/2 cs has really went down. They want to rush you in and out. I was very disappointed the last two times I went and will not be going back. I feel they did treatment that was not needed to be done. The hygienists took it on and said this needs to be done the dr. never once came and seen anything from start to finish. The chair-side manners the girl I had there was no chair-side manners, I said something to her about how unfriendly it was there and made me feel like maybe I should be somewhere else she said they were told to get patients in and out.

Dr. Ariana is a great genlte dentist. He and his staff really know how to treat patients. I very caring and relaxed atmosphere. They also offer sleep dentistry which is very helpful for those who are afraid I would recommend him to anyone.

My wife got an estimate in Fall 05 for treatment totaling $4K of which insurance would cover $1.5K leaving us an out-of-pocket cost of $2.5. We were told the estimate included everything but apparently did not include the cost of teeth pulled from another associated dentist for $900 which is my first gripe. We used their interest-free Capital One dental program but they financed the entire $4K and not the out-of-pocket amount!! It's partly my fault for not catching that. As a result I have a credit balance which they just now said they would refund after repeated unreturned phone calls. But the refund would be less the $400 Capital One fee they normally absorb as the cost of doing business. However, my wife has one upper crown that has partially broken off as it appears the crown was set too low and comes in contact with the bottom tooth. Who knows if we'll have to pay for that to be fixed. Our only option is to use them until we recoup our overpaid balance. My #1 complaint: no one ever mentioned the possibility of us having to pay their fee!!! That's unethical. #2 - Their financing dept/person should've known only to finance the out-of-pocket cost which would've avoided this mess unless that's how they keep you on the hook.

Great dentist. Very friendly and through. I am not in love with all the people at the front desk.

I had the same experience as the last poster. On top of that, they signed me up for "Care credit" in which I wouldn't have to make payments for 1 year. Imagine my surprise when I received a billing statement 1 month later!

The staff says they treat you like family. I went in for oral sedation, took 5 pills and it didn't work. They never left me alone long enough to go to sleep. I complained about being uncomfortable and they told me to not talk, they wouldn't listen, or do anything about it. I was uncomfortable for 4 hours. I asked why the sedation didn't work, they said it was all in my head! My crowns have caused me problems ever since. On top of that, Delta Dental says I should have paid a lot less than I did pay, and Dr. Ariana's office won't pay me back. Stephanie at the office told me they would submit a narrative on a claim to have Delta correct an error. I waited 2 months and called Delta, and it was never submitted. Now I'm stuck with money out of my pocket they owe me and they won't pay it. I would never go back to this dentist nor would I ever recommend.
