dentist is moody; good on preventive dental health but bit too harsh on the recommendation of purchasing his bite guard that I suspect a kick-back; seeking a second opinion, probably would not recommend this dentist if you are a new client
About Hygienist: dental hygienist is sloppy, had a facial wash, don't be the last client of the day;

Dr. Theobald is an excellent, personable dentist with a great staff of hygeinists and office management. Very easy to work with and takes care of all my basic dental needs. Never a problem with billing, scheduling, or any of the details. Everything is managed very professionally.

Office staff very nice and friendly. My daughter is the patient, she's 13 now and was very nervous about going to the dentist at first. Dr. Theobald put her at ease and has even done a filling without her having a melt down.
Insurance has always been a breeze as they will file for you and bill you for whatever the insurance doesn't pay. Most places demand money up front, but they don't.
All in all a good experience for me and my daughter.

Family dentist for over 10 years. Continuously excellent work and superior quality service from both the doctor and staff.
Will be using Dr. Theobald as long as he continues his dental business.

I have been going to Dr. Gary Theobald for my entire life (28 years) and he has always done excellent work. He and his employees are always very friendly and accomodating. I have had lots of work done and he's always been flexible with my payments. I've come to know his family and have found them to be one of the nicest and most caring people you could ever meet. --- there all quite attractive too!
