Had veneers replaced on two upper front teeth with a veneer and a crown. During removal of veneers, my live nerve was ground into... excruciating! Two hours after temps were applied, they popped off at work... VERY painful and embarrassing. Few days later my temps popped off again late at night. Turns out the dentist was in Oklahoma City visiting family and refused to return to Tulsa despite my extreme pain. My husband got ahold of Dr. Craig and luckily he saw me next morning. He said the temps were too long and my lower teeth were popping them off so he ground them down. He couldn't take over care since he "didn't see me originally" so Micah had to finish the job. Apparently the permanent veneer and crown were too long too because they have ground down my lower central and lateral incisors to the point they hurt often. Today my veneer popped off and is extremely painful, probably from my lower teeth rubbing against it. Luckily I know not to return to him and another dentist is getting me in first thing in the morning. I will NEVER return to his office.

I have been to this facility before Dr. Bevins took over a few years back. I have had nothing but good experiences since going here. My whole family has started going here as well. The staff provides good customer service in my experience and Dr. Bevins has been very pleasant to work with. The hygene staff has been thorough and pleasant to work with. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Bed side manner is poor. He doesn't seem like he enjoys his job and makes you feel like an inconvience. Doesn't talk you through what he is doing. Am going to find a new dentist.

Very nice and efficient. He has never hurt me and that's the best recommendation for any dentist isn't it?

When Dr. Craig sold his practice to Dr. Bevins, I continued to go. However, my last appointment was my last. He lost his temper while working on my tooth. The nerve was exposed and he did not want to give me more shots. I was in horrible pain and he made fun of me for indicating I was in pain. He lost his temper and began very roughly giving me more shots. It was obvious that he was angry. I felt truly assaulted. I would have walked out except I had an exposed nerve from his drilling without being properly numbed first.
The assistant kept trying to get him to ease up and realize my distress but he ignored her. I made up my mind that Bevins would never have the opportunity to hurt me again..
I found out later that my sister and another friend had similar experiences with Dr. Bevins and quit going to him. This dentist had worked on me before without incident but when he gets angry -- look out.
The staff are great and I really like them. But I won't be in a position to be hurt by Bevins again.

Dr. Bevins and his staff have been excellent to work with. They are very customer service oriented. They are prompt with appointment times and make me feel very relaxed when I am in the office.

I have only been seeing Micah for 1 month, but he and his staff are very courteous and caring. I found out that I have 4 cavities (my 1st 4) and they are going to take care of me right away. They filed on my insurance with no problems, and I have not had to pay one penny to this day. I must say he is the nicest Dentist I have ever been to, and I plan on keeping all of my appointments with him. The environment is very welcoming and you don't feel uncomfortable at all when you are getting your teeth cleaned or worked on. I recommend Dr. Bevins to anyone who also prefers a dentist with small hands!

My visits with Dr, Bevins have always been pleasant, his mannerism is calming and assuring that the problem will be fixed with minimal of pain.
