We had used Dr. Ladd as our primary Dentist for years. He’s performed 2 root canals on me that both failed. In 2021 he performed a root canal on my daughter, he ended up going back in as she was still having issues. He went too deep and it damaged her trigeminal nerve. That caused a disease known as trigeminal neuralgia or otherwise known as “the suicide disease” as the pain is so bad it’s results in people taking their life. Once he aware of this he made no referrals, no assistance in helping us find answers or solutions to help my daughter and 4 yrs later my daughter just had brain surgery to fix this. Prior to surgery she went to the ER 53 times from Jan to Sept of this year. This condition is so rare no one knew how to treat her. They thought she was “faking” it until we found a neurosurgeon who knew what this was. The surgery was unsuccessful and now she’s going to have to have that nerve radiated to completely deaden it. After her surgery I called the office to let them know and he still said nothing. Did not even return a call especially in the early days when I really needed his help. We CHOSE NOT to sue, regrettably. I waited until after the 2 yrs to sue was up and called him, thinking he might atleast offer

My filling after two months has fallen out. My son's bonding not once but twice has broken. First time went back to him to have redone month later it's broken AGAIN. He is very expensive. I thought I was getting what I paid for. What a joke.
About Front Desk: Nice but super annoying with constant calling all day to confirm appt cause Dr gets upset if he has any opening that he'd not hopping from pt to pt.

I have had 2 fillings done, and they have both cracked or fallen out completely. Very expensive office and they expect all money day of service, will not work with you even for large bills. I have had nothing but problems with my teeth since I saw him.
