Dr. King was very professional, and made sure to communicate with myself and the hygienist about my experience. I felt that the doctor cared about my overall experience and mouth health.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional with helping me with my new insurance and scheduling questions.

About Hygienist: Sally, the hygienist, was quick, professional, communicative, and enthusiastic about both my experience and me as a person. I felt comfortable during all my visits in what usually is a dreaded experience to get my teeth cleaned.

I had a crown come off 3 times. The third time another dentist took a look and said their was significant tooth decay and i'd probably need a root canal. this was only 3 or 6 months after the crown came off previously. The tooth had always been sensitive and painful whenver the crown was replaced. Can significant decay occur in 3 to 6 months. I had a huge cavity, almost down the nerve. My last cleanign was around July or june. Nothing was said about it. My new dentist showed me the xray, and said he's going to attempt to save it. He's done several crowns and half the time I need to come back for some minor adjustment. He's always managed to get the fit right. I've been going here so long, I took this as normal perhaps. WIth the new dentist, the difference is between night and day. The temporary fit fantasticallly, the permanent fantastic.

Be careful with this office. Never received a review of total cost and they billed me $1480 after fillings!! I called and had BCBS insurance and they said they did, indeed, take this insurance. Turns out...they were not in network, so they gave me only a very very small discount. DOS was 5/9. By 5/30 I received horrible emails from Tammie (the dentist's wife) threatening to send me to collection if I did not pay my bill. Mind you, BCBS had just paid on 5/21...so it had not even been a full 10 days since insurance paid. HORRIBLE office. Would never recommend to anyone. Try to rip you off and only about making the extra $1! Tried to sell me mouth guards for the evening and $25 toothpaste while I was there as well-insisting that I NEEDED it.

Just like an old friend. My entire family goes to Dr. King, as do several friends who needed a dentist. He has done everything for me from cleaning to root canal to crowns. All with very little discomfort. Just listen to the music or watch a movie. And you are always taken back on time exacly when your appointment is scheduled. I highly recommend.

I have never seen Dr. King I have always seen Dr.Ocean who does very good work and has a great personality. I have been very happy with the work he has done. The prices are higher then other dentist but it is my choice to stay there. The assistants are really friendly and good at there jobs and make me feel comfortable. I think they should have a discount if you pay cash like several other dentist do. Dr.Ocean does good work that is why I go back. I miss Terry being there she was one of the best office personal to deal with, worked well with my needs finically and took her time with me.
