I liked the office it had a very nice atmosphere, I went in for a check up and cleaning they did a very good job but he wasn't in the room very lon he had other people explaining mostly everything to me but that wasn't too bad, and also what bothered me is that is is way too expensive. he is for sure one of the more expensive dentists in the area, for one tooth he had quated me a little over $2000 and that was only for a crown and some build up stuff underneath, not even a root cannal.
If you have GREAT dental insurance then go here he seems like he would do a good job, but if your insurance has a limit around $1000 per year like mine then it's probably not that great to go here. But most dental insurances are like this, here in the US.

dr. baxley and staff are the reason i returned to the dentist to have my teeth fixed. they are the best and have taken the fear of dentists away. i have also taken my 3 kids the him ages 18, 17, & 9. and they were really happy with what they had done. i for one will continue to have dr. baxley as my family dentist..... you guys are great.

Dr. Baxley and his staff are both professional and friendly. He is by far the best dentist that I have been to over my 45 years. He is very thorough and gives complete information. His usage of the latest in technology, especially digital radiography, is both comforting and impressive. My whole family uses his services. As does my chiropractor and his family.

I cannot say enough about what a great dentist I have in Dr. Baxley. From my first visit nearly eight years ago until the present I have never felt more confident and at ease having dental work performed. From the moment you arrive it becomes obvious that this in no ordinary dental office. Dr. Baxley is not only a great dentist but he has put together the most beautiful office and the best office team one could ask for. (Even paying the bill is somehow more pleasant). But don't take my word for it, next time you have a dental problem or just need to have your teeth cleaned, give Dr. Baxley and his Lone Star Dental staff a try. You'll be glad you did.

Dr. Baxley is probably the best dentist I have ever seen. His office is "state of the art" and his staff is terrific. They are all friendly & caring and go above and beyone helping with insurance questions and issues. Dr. Baxley makes it a point to keep up with the very latest in treatment options and is active in his professional organizaions. Dr. Baxley and the Lone Star Dental staff make going to the dentist a pleasure.

I have experienced severe anxiety just prior and during dental visits most all of my life. Although not 100% cured, I will say that my visits to Dr. Baxley are more comfortable than ever. The staff always calls me by name and is so frienldy and helpful. Dr. Baxley has a bedside manner that is 2nd to none. He, and his awesome staff, always makes me feel at home and as relaxed as possible. The equipment in the office is state of the art, which makes time spent much more productive. I will never "look forward" to dental visits, but Dr. Baxley has surely changed the way I deal with dentist appointments. (I even get text messages reminding me of upcoming appointments and they always remember my birthday with a text message.) I refer friends and family, and strangers, to Dr. Baxley as often as I get a chance! Dr. Baxley has been my dentist for 3 1/2 years and is now my dentist for life!
