tooth filling fell out, they suggested I go to another dentist and would not get me in to treat me for the pain. This forced me to start as a new patient with another dentist - terrible customer service

I had my old set of dentures for over 25 years. Dr. Lumsden made me a new set that are beautiful and I can eat so much better with them.

Dr. Lumsden is great, but his staff was rude and unprofessional at times so I went to another dentist and have had great results. One big problem, ALWAYS late for seeing the patient and thta is hard on one's schedule so make the appt. and see the patient at that time not a hlaf-hour or 45 minutes later.
About Hygienist: Rough and draws blood every time. Askes to many persosnal questions and that;s should not be done at all.

Excellent service and atmosphere. I have never had a problem with the dental work or the office and I've been going there for 10+ years.

I chose Dr. Lumsden after finding this website online. So far, I have had 2 cleanings and one filling replaced. My children have also had cleanings and exams. We are all extremely pleased with the service. My filling was pain free and the entire staff made sure I was comfortable.
The entire staff will make you feel at home. My children received stickers and toothbrushes. We were all called by name and they remembered us when we went back. After living in Arlington 4 years, I can say that doesn't happen everywhere!

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN DR. LUMSDEN'S PATIENTS FOR OVER 15 YEARS. DR. LUMSDEN IS KIND AND COMPASSIONATE AS WELL AS GENTLE. HIS STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT ALSO ACCOMADATING.

Dr. Lumsden and his staff are wonderful, caring, and very good with "phobic" or anxious patients, including children (although he is not a pediatric dentist nor does he profess to be).
He has several hygenists, but Trish is the best. Very gentle, very caring.
The staff gets along well, and it's a very "homey" atmosphere. My family and I have been going to Dr. Lumsden for over 12 years and have never had a bad experience.
