I have been going to Dr. Norman since I was 8 years old, and I have had great experiences. He is very gentle, and very good at explaining problems and solutions. He seems to take a less aggressive approach than other dentists I have seen, preferring to try things like flouride toothpastes and treatments before drilling into teeth if decay is not advanced, which I appreciate since it saves me money and discomfort. The support staff are also very friendly, and I always enjoy visiting with them before my visit. Wait time is non-existant - you are in at the time of your appt, every time. Great dentist.
