I went to Dr. Barnett for preventive dental care. On my first visit he said I had high blood pressure and I had to replace old fillings. During my second visit he told me my blood pressure was very high and I needed to see a doctor. He also told me the new filling wasnt holding and a crown was required, and that I had periodontal disease and needed my gums scraped. On frequent follow-ups, he said I had many tiny holes in my teeth that needed to be filled. He also told me to use fluoride wash daily to prevent further decay. This was shocking as my prior dentist said my teeth were in perfect condition. Dr. Barnett said years of wearing braces had degraded my enamel and caused decay. My dental insurance didnt cover the cost of the procedures and I had to get large loans to pay the remainder. Needless to say, as a result of Dr. Barnetts care I was a nervous wreck over my teeth, terrified of dentists and my blood pressure snowballed into a major health issue that finally resolved when I realized the whole issue was concocted in the first place by toxic Dr. Barnett. My new dentist has never found any sign of tooth decay or gum disease Dr. Barnett diagnosed. I get glowing reports every 6 months and my blood pressure is normal.
About Hygienist: His hygienists were rude and condescending. After years of carefully flossing my teeth, Dr. Barnett's hygienist said I wasn't flossing my teeth correctly. She pushed a mirror in my face and said, "Here, let me show you how to floss." I was very humiliated and worried over her critique for years. Of course, my new hygienist gives me great reports.

Mark Barnett is a wonderful dentist who always tries to take a conservative approach to dental problems. He is kind and helpful and always pleasant. One Christmas eve, he even came into the office to help my father in law whose crown had broken while in town. He goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
