Dr. Pfeffenberger is one in a million! When no one would help me unless I paid thousands and thousands of dollars that I did not have due to a severe medical condition, Dr Pfeffenberger stepped in and saved me! She is so sweet and caring and literally changed my life in 1 appointment! She didn't force me into coming for consultations and try to talk me into expensive options, instead, she brought me in, truly listened to WHAT I wanted and performed a miracle right then and there. I cannot thank her and her amazing stuff enough for giving my life back to me!
About Front Desk: Dr. Pfeffenberger"s front desk staff is so professional and friendly. They always make YOU feel important and bend over backwards to help you with scheduling and insurance issues. I love her staff. They are truly one of a kind!
About Hygienist: Her hygienist is SO sweet and gentle. She tells you everything she's going to do so there's no anxiety about the treatment at all. She is so thorough and listens to YOU which is hard to find.

Dr. Pfaffenberger has been my dentist for years. She takes care of my husband, kids, and parents, too. We have always been treated kindly by her and her staff. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. No one would fear the dentist if all dentists were as caring and gentle as Dr. Pfaffenberger.

Dr Pfaffenberger is a remarkable proffessional with a charismatic personality. She had been my dentist since I moved to Dallas, Tx and she had taken care of my whole family.
I admire her because she had treated my family with same care as if we were her own family. Her office is very pleasant and her staff is very helpful and friendly. Cost is average in that area and she accepts different dental insurance. I feel so confortable with her that I would not think it twice to referred her to other people.
