Personable, technically very proficient, works fast. Does it all - fillings, crowns, root canals, implants. Was with my last DDS for 25 years and will stay with Dr. Ellis as long as I"m in Colleyville.

Terrible experience -- veneer was uncomfortable and hurt. It lasted only a few years before it was replaced.

The last dentitst my daugther tried told us she would need a deep cleaning and she had six cavities. I did not believe them so went back to her old dentist who told me she didn't have any cavities and the deep cleaning was not necessary. My mother went to another dentist and was told she needed a root canal and had several cavities and that it would cost her about $6,000. She also went to another dentist and had nothing wrong with her teeth. I went to Dr. Ellis because he was on my insurance not knowing that my sister and all of her collegues have used his for many years. The dentist is truthful and does not recommend unecessary treatment. My whole family goes there now. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly.

Dr. Ellis was so patient with me since he waited almost 25 minutes and 3 shots of lidocain to make sure I felt no pain. I had a crown made and later thought I might need a root canal. When I went for a second opinion with the Endodontist, she immediately recognized Dr. Ellis's work on my crown 'because his work is always perfect - his crowns always fit". I am extremely glad I found him and am actually not afraid to go back for my six month check-up. His office was very comfortable with garden views from most workrooms. The saltwater fish tank was, of course, mezmerizing and relaxing. While he may not have been the cheapest dentist I could find, his prices were surprisingly reasonable and a bargain for the services he provided.
