About Front Desk: I had called and scheduled an appointment and provided all of my information over the phone. I included personal information, along with all of my insurance information. I get to the office for my appointment at the scheduled time, Saturday morning 9:30, all the way out to McKinney. I filled out all of the forms and turned them in. I was then called back to have them tell me that my insurance information has not been verified, and that they were still checking to see if they could get any sort of confirmation from my insurance company. Being a Saturday, it is real hard to get the insurance companies on the phone, and verify anything. They were going to continue to verify my insurance information. I sat down again, waiting for them to proceed. They called me back to the desk and told me that they were not able to verify my insurance to see if they covered my cleaning and exam. Since they could not verify, they recommended that I pay $295 up front, and I could deal with the insurance company when they open on Monday. I told them that wasn't an option and that they should have not all of this between the 2 months from the appointment being made to the appt date.She then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule the appt
