This office staff is quite possibly the worst that I have worked with. The dentist herself is good and professional but the office staff is horrible. They misquoted me the amount for services. They balance billed me for $150 that they decided they needed several months after the work. They billed me and then turned it over to collection 5 days after I received the bill. The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. They suck you in trying to be polite but as soon as you have to ask a question they won't help at all.

I had fillings done by Dr. Esteso. The procedure itself was much more uncomfortable that any prior dental work I have had done. Months later, I was experiencing severe pain from some of the teeth that were filled. When trying to schedule an appointment with the receptionist, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a result, I went to another dentist. It turned out that three fillings were way too high and the cause of my pain. I would not recommend this dentist to others.

My wife had been going to this dentist for 2 years. She even took her mother several times and had spent thousands of dollars with her. On her last visit, the dentist gave her a checkup and came back with a numbing syringe ready to stick her. My wife is like "what are you doing". She said "oh well you need a root canal". My wife said no, I dont have time for that, I'll have to come back. This dentist has given my wife at least 2 other root canals under the same ...doing it immediately on the spot without saying much else. Well my wife had an (unrelated) dental emergency a couple weeks later over the weekend. We had to see a dentist on a Saturday afternoon. Xrays were taken. She did NOT need a root canal. In fact my wife has now been to a 3rd dentist and they said that NO she did not need a root canal. We wonder how many of the other procedures my wife and her mother endured were really necessary. Or for that matter the necessity of procedures she has done on all of her patients. If you are to try this dentist, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before having ANY procedure.

I am hoping this dentist will be the best, I am having trouble finding a dentist that accepts the insurance I have at work and I feel like I can trust.
