Office is old! all equipment & instruments are not updated. My concern is sterilization & cleanliness!!!
Dental work performed was less than average...plus, overheard office manager talking about an affair he was having!!!!!
About Front Desk: Very rude!!!! I inconvenienced her playing games on her phone.
About Hygienist: no hygienist. He does all cleanings.

The most important thing I can say about Dr. Bayless is you can TRUST this him to do what needs to be done and not try to add extras to make money. His prices are fair. He doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a beautiful looking office but you aren't paying for it either. I will drive way out of my way to continue going to him. I've never had to wait very long after my appointment time to see him. I call him the no nonsense dentist!

About Hygienist: Dr. Bayless actually does the cleaning and has an assistant during the entire visit. It seems most dentists now have hygienists who do all of the work and the dentist looks you teeth over and collects the money. Not him!

Great dentist that you can trust to be honest and get the job done. A little rough at times but that is made OK by the fact that you can actually trust him.

Very hard to get anyone to answer phone or return call. Phone rings with no answer or you get a message informing you Monday through Thursday business hour they are now closed leave message. This was Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Very poor patient service. I will not go back or refer to my friends. I will tell my enemies that he is a great Dentist.

If you need work done in a hurry, then this is your guy. If you need quality, then he is not the one. I have had numerous fillings fall out that he has done.
The office is a mess, I sometimes feel like he is using dirty utensils, and it is generally unclean in appearance. Though I have never caught anything that I know of, I dont want to go back.

Too small a practice totally in accessible when you need. It takes months to get teeth clean and you have to be in pain to be seen within month.

Great dentist. Dr. Bayless has been my dentist for years, and he is extremely kind, and has always provided great service.
