The whole facility is run off money hungry people! The wife is the one who runs everything she is rude and does not care about quality or care for the patients its all about how much money they can get out of treatment! The office manger also needs to retire she is rude and grouchy and jus has no good customer service skills whatsoever! and thank god they got rid of the girl Nicole who used to work there she was also horrible and rude!

Dr. ruiz treats my entire family. My teenage girls love him and wouldn't go to anyone else. He is professional, friendly and most importantly gentle. He explains everything and is very accomodating.

About Hygienist: She's great.

dr. ruiz is great, but his hygienist was horrible. He used to have a really good one, but he moved on to another office. To my surprize I show up one day and somebody new was there. I have sensitive gums, and they ended up in pain and very red for about two days. She said that was not a big issue and could clean my teeth as normal. I have not been back again. I am going to try dr. rosson

I went to Dr. Ruiz because I had experienced pain in a rear molar. It turned out I had a cavity in that tooth, which Dr. Ruiz filled. After filling the tooth, I was still experiencing pain, so Dr. Ruiz performed a root canal on the tooth. Today, almost a year later, that tooth still causes me some pain and sensitivity. Also, he told me that several of my previous fillings needed to be "redone". None of these teeth were causing me any problems at the time. On one of the teeth, instead of the standard high-speed drill, he used a slower speed drill with a rough (vs. fine) bit that felt like a jack-hammer in my mouth. To make a long story short; after reworking that tooth (at my expense), and capping that tooth (at my expense), he declared that the tooth was cracked, and might need a root canal. To this day, I cannot even eat a potato chip on the right side of my mouth. I will never go to that dentist again
