Avoid if possible. I was told I needed a crown on one back lower tooth. This was questionable, and I should have ran, at the moments suggestion. But I deferred to her dental expertise. One of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. I will never get another crown, unless I am passed out from the pain. She assurred me this is a routine thing and only 30% of people ever have additional problems. That should have been the first warning... 30% ???? In restrospect that is extremely high. $7,000, dollars later for a root canal and failed crown, I'm searching for someone to fix the problems she created. It is hard to express how upset I am. After she prepared the tooth for crown, the sensitivity was excrutiating,so she said I needed root canal. sent me to other doc for rc. During that rc, discovered tooth next to it was damamed by Heron. She aparently drilled into the dentin of nearby tooth. now that tooth is painful to sensitivy. Only solution is another rc, but I refuse. I am not made of money. $14,000 for two root canals and two crowns ???? not to mention the pain and discomfort. I will avoid dentists like the plague from now on..

Dr. Heron did a root canal on one of my teeth with no pain and no problems since. Very satisifed with the overall treatment and results. Staff extremely caring and nice.
