I went to Dr Zang at Fort Worth Dental in May 2008, had an abcessed upper tooth it was loose wanted a second opinion. Another Dentist wanted to attach a partial to tooth I didn't think tooth would support the partial.
. Dr Zang said my only recourse was to pull 7 upper teeth and replace with upper denture. August 2008 he extracted my upper teeth. Since then I have lost 23 lbs, gone from size 8 to size 2. I have had sinus trouble and pain, numbness on left side of face. The temporary denture never fit or worked and I kept telling Dr Zang and his assistant. His office manager pleaded with me to return and let him fit permanant denture.She said they had fired the previous office manager & assistant,apologized for me getting lost in prior office chaos.
I went back for permnanant denture, even worse. When I complained to BBB, he filed a complaint with State Tx Dental Board against me! I spoke with lady at State Board about his complaint, she laughed said it was called "CYA" (COVER YOU A_s)

I found The Fort Worth Dental clinic on the internet when I had no insurance and a grandchild who had accidently knocked his head into a front tooth causing it to break in half at the gum line. It was just hangin on barely and I was scared to touch it. It was after hours when I found the site so I sent an email. The next morning I recieved a call from the nicest lady "in the world" who's name was Barbara and she asked about my tooth and told me of some financial options I could try and she got me in right away to see Dr. Zang. On my first visit the Doctors assistant was Tracey and she called me back 5 minutes EARLY for my appointment. Dr. Zang understood my need to not walk around with a big space in the front of my face and he was able to pack my tooth, take imprints for a flipper and helped me keep the tooth in place until the new tooth came in. He will always be my hero. I didn't have insurance so I had to pay full price but he was so reasonable in this regard that I could still afford everthing he did. Once I got an insurance plan it was Crickett who was so diligent about getting all the info set up and that I was recieving the best I could from my plan. Dr. Zang has the best team of people ever which now in cludes Rachel.

Very pleasant environment. The staff is extremely friendly and the dental technicians are very thorough. I've been seeing Dr. Zang for quite some time and he is always buying the best technology to perform his job. He recently purchased a lazer machine to do fillings. He is very thorough and friendly.
