great staff Doctor is nice but his staff is the best I've been coming for 5 years they are pricey but I enjoy going to them the staff always makes me feel comfortable I don't think Doctor ob could do it with out such an amazing staff Doctor seems to give better treatment to athlete then to a regular patient but like I said his staff doesn't change their attitude towards you by what you do for a living
About Front Desk: amazing super sweet and so are the girls in the bavk
About Hygienist: talkes way to much can't relax while I get my teeth cleaned but does a good job

I have known Dr. OBrien for over 30 years. Therefore, I feel as if I am speaking in truth from the beginning to how he is now. I came to him for Invisialign, as I want to preserve my teeth into my old age and part of that is having straight teeth. I went through almost two years of treatment with diligently wearing my braces to the point where I lost 10 lbs. But then, something signaled him to file down my front tooth and incisor. I now have a gap in my once nicely shaped front tooth, to a snaggled, small and sensitive to cold and hot tooth. The incisor is also filed down. His promises were not kept. I never smile.
I hate my teeth, and they are getting worse. His promises to let an orthodontist oversee his work, were not kept. I was lied to many times to the extent of leaving with unmatched trays. AND more importantly-no explaination of why, what, and how-how does that happen. He will probably answer this back with more lies and accusations about me. But the truth is in the smile, which I no longer have. Unless you are a professional athlete, run away fast.

One of the most considerate and skilled physicians in the Houston area. Office staff are efficient and kind with all explanations and treatment plans. Staff put you at ease and even with the most surgeries breeze through patients making procedures painless. Front staff helpful with medications, procedures and insurance. As a physician myself it is difficult to take care of my own healthcare needs and they are considerate of my time and efficient with all procedures. Dr O'Brien is a gem amongst dentists and highly recommended!
About Hygienist: Kim is excellent and chairside makes you feel like a million bucks! She is gentle, skilled and quite efficient and her smile always greets you warmly.

Dr. O'Brien is amazing. he has been cleaning my teeth for as long as I can remember. He always does everything he can to make you as comfortable as possible. His staff is amazing, especially Kim,. She has also been cleaning my teeth forever. They are both such good people. I cannot say enough good things about them.
About Hygienist: Kim. she is totally amazing. probable the longest standing hygeniest in that office. She loves everyone. She is an excellent person.

I began with Dr. Thomas O'Brien in 1987 on the recommendation of my dental hygenist mother. As the family expanded and dental procedures increased I have been very, very pleased with his skill, speed and the functionality of the entire staff, including Kim Martin, RDH. My children don't resist and never complain about going to the dentist. He's a quality operation.
About Hygienist: Kim Martin has the best attitude and personality. I feel like I am visiting an old friend after 21 years.

He is the greatest Dentist around. He knows what is needed and is very considerate. Great staff and conveniently located. He also does sports dentistry. I can't say anything about price because I won't shop him. He does it right the first time and I like him.

Dr. O'Brien has such a great staff! I have had my teeth cleaned and have had a root canal. He is very nice, and I cannot say enough about his staff. They called me several times to check on me after the root canal.
