About Front Desk: Lisa, a complete doll until you realize she would be better served selling used cars. When I initially called the office I was truly desperate for a good, honest dentist. I hadn't smiled in a year. She stayed on the phone with me for a long time and I felt like finally I had found a staff, all women, who would help me get my smile back. She informed me she would email a patient info sheet, then try to get me in asap, about a month where I live. She never sent the email so I scheduled with another dentist away from home. Two months later, my phone rings, it's Lisa telling me I had an appointment. Ok, I will come, I need help. I only cancelled one appointment. She screwed up every time I went in. Then, after the temporary bonding app, she asked me "what is that procedure worth to you?" A negotiation? She knew I was desperate to have my smile back. I think down deep these are all good women who, in attempting to cover their mistakes, did not think of the toll it took on me. I actually lost my cool completely with this office. Their behavior was flat out unacceptable. I hope they treat everyone as equals in the future. There is not enough room to explain Lisa's incompetence. I hate writing this review. Women should protect women. However, as millions of Americans are uninsured, it is important to inform others where to spend their money and where to avoid, particularly in a boom town with scarce healthcare. IMP! Dr. Watts did refund some fees, although I told her it was not what I wanted. Believe me, she covered the backs of herself and staff.

About Hygienist: Audria, never cleaned my teeth, took pictures, very gentle. Took impressions for trays, did a great job, but then said they would be ready in 2 days. Again, the same with Watts, I needed a quick fix before we began all of the needed work. I showed up 2 weeks later to pick them up and Audria say, with attitude, "Oh, I am making them now. I ran out of materials." I was livid. I had called ahead so apparently she put me off until I arrived. This was unacceptable. I walked out of the office. It was so upsetting that I was very ugly to them. Enough so we decided not to have a relationship, which was fine with me. This is coupled with Watt's dismissal of my gum issues and waiting until I cry in her office to try and help me. Watch the video on the website. I thought I would receive that care too.
