The staff at Dr. Alexander's office is professional, friendly, and fun. My cleanings with Emily are always pain free, extremely thorough, and I enjoy her company. Alex and Kim are great too. Dr. Alexander is very nice and not pushy. I would recommend this office.

My company changed insurance providers and I had to find a new dentist. I went in for an overdue exam and cleaning. She found couple of tiny cavities which she filled but one fell out within a month the other fell out a few months later. Also on first visit she diagnosed me with peridontal problems (which I've never ever had), In between scheduled visits and follow-ups for the antibotic treatments my filling fell out again. I dropped her and went to another dentist. The new dentist seemed baffled when I ask how my peridontal problem was. New dentist said my gums were fine and now two years later no mention of gum problems. Dr Alexander's office had billing problems too. I paid all my co-pays on days of service but they made an error in calculating the last visit. They sent the final balance invoice to a wrong address. The first I heard of the past due invoice is when I got a call from her office giving me a last chance to pay before sending to collection agency. I immediately went to their office to find out they had repeatedly sent invoice to wrong address. I paid the last balance at the office and have never been back. I Do Not Recommend this dentist.

Dr. Alexander is a bad dentist and most important she is a dishonest person. I had 7 crowns done by her and spent almost $7,000. My 4 frt. teeth were for cosmetic reasons and the 3 in the back were not. I had to keep going back 6 times because the crowns didn't fit. There was a new dentist working in the office on my next to last visit. She said Dr. Alexander didn't seat my teeth for the crowns correctly. I called Dr.Alexander and told her I was unhappy, see was at my next visit and the crowns fit that the other dentist did. WOW imagine that! Dr. Alexander said if I signed a waiver she would pay for a dental implant and for the original money for the crown that failed when my front tooth broke and fell out. It cost me almost $700 to have another dentist fix my tooth for a temp. situation. If you would like to see my smile after leaving her let me know...I have pictures!!
