**Terrible customer serivice **They are all about money, and treatment. **The doctor (Dr. Babiec) has NO chair-side manners at all. **Recommendations are jacked up so they can rip the most money out of you. **Bottom line - stay away - he is not a good doctor. I found the doctor online after i moved to the area, and initially had a terrible experience - i went in for a routine cleaning, and left with 2 tooth needing a crown, and other 2 needing a filing, while my previous doc hasn't mentioned any of these - in any case, i decided to go back and give it another chance, but my experience was the same or even worst the second time, and her I'm writing a review. From the staff to the doctor, everyone is calibrated to ripping you some $$$. BE AWARE! Stay awasy.

About Hygienist: The hygienist is ok, but all are keen in making sure they sell you some service. He (Dr. Babiec) is a bad influence!

Dr. Babiec is not very personable and his bedside manner stinks. I was a new patient and very apprehensive about going to the dentist. He walked in said open up, lets get started. His assistant Reggie was more calming then he was.

Do not go to Dr. Babiec. He is rude, condescending, and tries to convince you to get thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. The first time I went, he basically told me that my teeth looked terrible and I needed veneers. My teeth are straight, healthy, and look nice- and other dentists say I am not a good candidate for veneers.. He actually almost succeeded in making me feel really bad about myself. When I came back to get a filling, he clearly had no memory of who I was or what I needed done, and tried to fix something different than what I was in there for. Then, without any warning he stuck a needle of anesthetic in my gum. I asked him to tell me a little bit about what was happening because I've never had a filling before, and he said "yes you have!" and erroneously identified a place where a tooth chip had been fixed as a filling. He's unfriendly, rude, and apparently all he cares about is making money. Do not go here.

Dr. Babiec told me I needed $6000 worth of unnecessary dental work on my teeth, including replacing several existing fillings and crowns. He didn't discuss any alternatives with me and almost none of the work would be covered by my high quality dental insurance. His staff was completely unwilling to negotiate with the insurance company and offered only financing. I felt poorly informed and pressured to have the work done. When I sought a second opinion, I discovered (as I expected) that the work Dr. Babiec ordered was all completely unnecessary and inadvisable at this point. I walked out of my new dentist with a $20 bill for flouride, a tube of toothpaste, and directions to floss more. I rarely review service providers but I feel compelled to do so in this case. I cannot recommend Dr. Babiec in the slightest.

Dr. Babiec has is clearly incompetent with his use of the laser. Defective implant technology. (implant did not attach to jaw) and a broken tooth because of the veneer work. Four dentists have confirmed my opinions. In 2005 he was contracted to restore my entire mouth and to the cost of over $25,000, in 2008 I found out what a disaster his work was at a now estimate expense of $35,000. And now I find a law suit against him on the internet.

Terrible! I had to constantly suggest which teeth to move forward or backward to progress in treatment. Methods of orthodontics are unheard of to most ortho. and because of that I wasn't able to find another ortho. when I moved to MD and I had to drive over and HOUR one way for my appts. I've been evaluated by 2 other ortho's since starting my care at Bradlee dental and BOTH said they didn't agreed with the methods used. The doc bonded ONE tooth and not did not bond the same tooth on the other side leaving my centerline off. The glued in retainer didn't work and my bottom teeth are no longer strait. The bonding that was put on my tooth fell out today four months after my braces came out leaving me with a GAP. OVERCHARGED! I had to fight to get the amount I was initially quoted and they WOULD NOT laser whiten my teeth afterwards as promised on my initial evaluations as included in the price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. My top teeth weren't even strait when my braces came off and I have a molded retainer that is unaligned to prove it!

About Hygienist: Everyone else that worked on my mouth, REGGIE, being my FAVORITE was great! It was just the DOCTOR that I didn't like!!!!!!!!

I had braces. Even though there was discomfort in the beginning, I managed to do OK with them. The office visits were relaxed, not like other offices that my friends go to. I smile a lot now.

The lady who cleaned my teeth had very poor chair-side manners. Dr. Babiec seemed very compitent but slightly arrogant. I would recomend him, but only if he is covered by your insurance (which you should be warned in advance you must pay upfront and then you apply to be reimbursed).

I moved into the area recently and scheduled an appointment at his office because my wife who proceeded me to the area had a cleaning there. The office was convenient to our residence and the required service was a routine examination and cleaning. I had a small bump on one of my gums and I pointed that out to Dr. Babiec. He attributed it to some bone loss from root canals in the area of the bump and did not take xrays. Ten days ago the bump swelled and started draining. I sought out an Endodontist on my own through my health insurance carrier Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The Endodontist found it was an old root canal gone bad and redid the procedure. I found Dr. Babiec's office a place filled with testimonials on the walls for "bonding" and other cosmetic dentistry from various patients. That made me uncomfortable plus the charges for the examination and cleaning were expensive indeed. Bottom line - I have found a new dentist!
