I had a terrible experience with this dentist. I went to this office for whitening and to get ONE tooth fixed. However, I was told that in order to do so, I should have a thorough exam, x-rays taken, cavities filled and then proceed with my whitening treatments...so at my 3rd visit I am finally given my bleaching treatment and after spending almost $240,my teeth were only about 2 shades lighter. I didn't ask for a refund but another alternative. He refused to go any further and continue treatment because he felt that he couldn't meet my "extremely" high expectations. This was very frustrating because I didn't drive at the time so I had to line that up as well as taking time off of work. I explained this to him and he proceeded to walk out of the room and asked if he needed to get a taxi to take me home. Never going back.
About Front Desk: The front desk secretary was actually very pleasant and knew many of the patients by name. Great people skills.

We have been going to Dr. Cassidy as a family for years. We all find him and his staff to be very friendly and up to date on the latest technology and treatment options. His hygienists are very thorough without being rough, and he is a very personable man. He's done several fillings on me and made the crown for my implant. I had never been particularly mindful of dental visits before I joined his practice, but I now actually look forward to my visits because I know I'm getting the best treatment I can, and if he runs into something he doesn't feel comfortable with he makes very good referrals.

Very nice man with a friendly demeanor. My kids, aged 6 & 10, are comfortable going to him. The office staff is friendly and efficient.
I am not sure how his prices compare to other dentists, since I haven't seen any others in a decade or more. He seems a bit pricey (emphasize "a bit"), but not excessive. Seems like a value in the long run, since he seems to do good work.
I am happy with him - haven't really thought about changing dentists, even when my insurance has changed several times in the past years. I could probably find cheaper by staying "in network", but never really considered it.
The front desk has always helped me process my insurance and I've never had any problems. Also have been notified of several credits (overpayments) that I didn't know I had.
Upshot: Good professional dental care from nice people in a comfortable friendly atmosphere.
Only complaint is limited office hours.
About Hygienist: Can't remember any hygienist names, but I believe I've had more than one since I started going there. No complaints - they do their work proficiently.

Dentist Dan is really good. No pressure for unnecessary treatment. Caring. Efficient. I wish he was still on my plan. Cost was fine. Excellent work on my crown, good pain management, outstanding manners. Great front desk. Hygenist good. Billing fine. Best thing: good treatment with good manners. Bad: parking.

They were a perfect match.....very reasonably priced and the procedure went very smoothly.

I've only been here once, so I haven't had enough services provided to give a full review. I will update this review after more sessions. I like that this office follows my insurance's EOB and only bills me the amount due after the claim is completed with the insurance company.

Dr Cassidy and hs staff are the friendliest group of people I have come across working for the same company. They always welcome you, and they make accomodation for those in dire need of dental treatment. Wonderful staff, wonderful dental work, minimal pain and a fabulous outcome.

Dr. Dan has an exemplary, courteous and friendly chair-side manner! He appears to have my best interest at heart and not that of his bank account! He is virtually painless and walks me through every step of the way - alleviating all anxiety or fear. His warm, vibrating chair backrest immediately puts me at ease! His staff is friendly and efficient. And he is the first dentist to ever have called me at home to check on me after a procedure was performed! Dr. Dan is #1and I highly recommend him!
