I went to Dr. Mai to get a filling, and I had pain. even though I told her which teeth had the pain she was saying my other tooth next to the one I had pain is causing the problem. then she gave me amoxilin, I went after I finished the amoxilin, and then looked at my teeth and found a cavity and cleaned it and put filling. 2 weeks later I started to have pain again and she looked at the teeth again found another cavity on the same teeth and cleaned that spot and put a filling again. but I still had the pain. so I told her could you just remove all the old filling and clean the teeth then make a new filling from scratch and she didn't do it. she told me to go to an endocrinologist to get it evaluated thinking I might need a root canal. i didn't want to lose my teeth by getting a root canal and hoped it would heal. 2 weeks passed since then, I don't have pain, it hurts if I bite on it and now my teeth is swollen. and I am looking for a new doctor. 1- she didn't show interest when I told her I had pain, she wasn't interested in figuring out what was the problem. 2- she charged me twice for the same teeth. she could have found both cavities in 1 visit and fix them both, but it took her 3 times to see these cavities. not a good dr.

Had a root canal done- the absolute worst! Not only did I end up being overbilled and had to get a refund, but the offices later submitted a claim to my dental office for work that hadn't been done. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else- no matter how nice they seem at first.

Dr. Mai is not nice. She is inconsiderate. She does not stop pause for you when you tell her that you are in pain. She only cares about the work...

Very professional and personable dental care provider; knows her job and explains procedures and treatment options well. Admin staff are helpful and courteous. Treatment success rate with Dr Mai has been 100% and extremely satisfied with outcomes.

The doctor was very professional and trusted. I was very impressive with my implant and veneers work. Excellent services!! Thank you for giving my confident smile back.

Very clean office, bright and cheery. Relatively good with anxiety, and tried hard on multiple occasions to rectify a problem. She refunded money when she was unsuccessful to treat a difficult problem, but that was the right thing to do.

I was not overly impressed with Dr. Mai's practice. The staff's skill with treating school aged children was poor. And although we furnished all of our dental insurance documentation in advance, the office did not adequately inform us of the additional patient cost which would be incurred.
