Horrible experience. I arrived on time , but wait for more than 1 hour. Why can not patient charge for that? The other time , I arrived half hour early ,then had some emergency ,I need to leave. I told them I have emergency things to go. They still charge me penalty. Never go there again. Bad service. Bad time management.

I have had a lot of problems since starting with this dentist. Now after switching I found out the problems should have been prevented or avoided. The crowns ended up off color, and have had decay under 3 crowns. Another tooth was found to be cracked after he did a crown in front of it. He avoids local anesthesia whenever possible, and pain doesn't seem to be an issue to him.
About Hygienist: No hygienist ever seen. Dont think he has one.

Dr. Choi's dental service is professional, progressive and responsive. I have had cleanings, fillings, root canals and crowns. My new fillings are the same color of my teeth so many times I can't wait to see his dental work once I leave his office. What I notice about Dr. Choi the most is that he has a strong passion for performing and delivering excellent dental care on all levels. He wants you to be comfortable and feel no pain. He keeps you informed during the whole dental process. Overall, I feel assured that I am receiving excellent dental care for the cost and I believe it is an investment worth spending. His staff also does a great job keeping me informed about my dental coverage and fees. I don't like going over my limit so in the process we may have to delay some activities until the benefits are replenish. My dental care is a process and I must have a plan. Thanks Dr, Choi and Staff for being patient with me.

Dr Choi did my crown and fillings. He matched my new gold crown to the one I already have. He was very professional, friendly, and courteous. I had such a great experience that my family now seeks his services. I definitely recommend you utilize his expertise. He is truly my dentist of choice! What's so unique about Dr. Choi is... he is very personable. You lose all anxiety of sitting in a dentist chair because of his professional demeanor. As a Veteran of the US military...I salute Dr. Choi!
About Hygienist: The staff is also pleasant and they keep you informed every step of the way. The office has a welcoming environment, and they definitely have a team atmosphere.

Dr. Choi doesnt have a hygenist. He is good at cleaning himself. He doesn't try to push unnecessary treatments just to get more money.
