Good experiences with Columbia Dental. They are thorough and knowledgeable on both the insurance and care aspects - I always get a detailed explanation and breakdown of the costs & co-pays at the end of each visit and before any major procedure (filling, etc.) is scheduled. I find them very professional and friendly.

My first visit was a root canal on an emergency basis. I was able to get an appointment right away. I fell asleep during the procedure. I was pain free after my visit. I am very happy with the services I received. I have had two cleaning since then and the hygienist staff seems to be different.

I can't tell you how poor this dentist is. First, he's a salesman and will try to sell you anything and everything. Second, every time I've gone to him I've been in pain. When he put on my veneers (which I didn't think I needed, but I guess Dr. Salha "needed" my $4600) I was in a ton of pain. When he filed my teeth I was like "Oww, I'm bleeding for a reason here." He was totally impatient and had no qualms about cutting into my gums (and I'm not a whiner at all, I tried to be a "man" about it, but it was awful). Not only that, but one of the veneers arrived cracked, and he told me he would bond it. A WEEK later, it cracked again, so he just shaved the teeth down. They look too small. Terrible, terrible experience, I feel like punching my co-worker for recommending this guy.
