I have seen dr. ghannam for 3 yrs now and he is great. He has got the best bed-side maner and is very professional as well as knowledgeable. I would say he is the best dentist. If you want the best he is it. He is calm, kind and very personable

I was recommended to this office by a friend. I had gone there for a few cleanings and had a good experience with routine items previously. HOWEVER, when I had a very small chip on the bottom of my front tooth, they completely botched the job and destroyed my front tooth. Dr. Monamie Ghatak, his associate, without proper patient informed consent, grossly overprepared my tooth, removing an aggressive amount of tooth and nearly exposing the lateral pulb horns and did extensive damage to my gums. The temporary crown was rough and unpolished and felt like a splinter had been shoved into my mouth. Repeated calls to the dental office were not returned, and I had left the dental office sobbing. I was not able to eat solid foods for 6 weeks and had to fly back to my childhood dentist in Kansas for him to fix the problem. He said it would have been advisible to perform a more conservative bonded repair, a direct veneer, or indirect fabricated porcelain vener, which would have been more conservative, more appropriate and MUCH less costly. My future consequences include probably root canal threapy and possible periodontal surgery for crown lengthening.

I had two root canals done at Dr. Carson's office and two crowns. Since then I have lost one tooth and the root canals have had to be redone. I have had three other dentists inform me that they were done incorrectly (posts were too large/sealed incorrectly). One r.c. led to a recent infection and the retreatment was extremely painful. I was happy with Dr. Carson's services at the time, but I am very upset about the recent developments. In addition, his office charged my "Care Credit" account without my permission. Later they said the charges were made "on accident", but they had already been reported to the credit bureaus. I have been trying for two years to have the ill reported charges removed. Overall, my experience at this office has been very disheartening and very upsetting. I have major anxiety about visiting the dentist due to these experiences.

While I think Dr. Carson and his team generally "tried hard" - I left feeling unsatisified. I had to revisit several times for crowns to be properly placed, etc. However, the office was very contemporary -- lots of high-tech stuff. Also, they were family-friendly and allowed my toddler to sit along side me during procedures.

Although the facilities are quite nice, the staff and doctors are not. They would not accept a misunderstanding and called a collection agency to collect a bill. This was unkind and greedy considering the insurance company agreed to pay. They said costly procedures would be necessary, but after consulting a different dentist found this to be false. This dentist only cares about money and how to get as much and as quickly from a customer they can. VERY BAD DENTIST!

Didn't take a proactive, preventative approach to dentistry. Example - I've been going to Dr Carson's office for 4 years and recently I was told my back molars needed to be crowned because I was grinding my teeth while I was sleeping and had ground all of the enamel off. Then they suggested I buy a $600 night guard to protect my teeth at night. But I couldn't understand why they had waited until my molars had no more enamel on them to suggest a night guard!! They should have been able to see the problem developing for years!! And what's the point of getting a night guard AFTER the damage has been done and two teeth need to be crowned!!

The offices are beautifully remodeled and theoretically you can watch your own personal TV ( a stress reducer). However, I have never been asked what I'd like to watch or handed the personal headsets they have. The staff chooses what they'd like on the patient TV's. Dr. Carson and his former partner Dr. Thoben seem very confident. The hygenists are kind and professional. I can't give as rave reviews to the newer younger dentists he has working there. I also get the impression that the younger dentists get comission based on referring people for procedures that I'm not sure are necessary. The front desk staff has its ups and downs and billing is an issue at times.

I have had two root canals done at this dentist and the procedure went so smoothly I forgot that I was getting dental surgery done. The out of pocket cost were kinda high but the service and the doctors chair-side manners were excellent and the front desk is very helpful they will call you on the phone within 15 minutes of your scheduled arrival. Overall great dentist.

Great hygienist, clean facility, prompt service, but verrry costly. I was not told what I needed exactly and instead pressured to take action. Would have liked to been better informed about my options.
