Dr. Lanier and his staff are very pleasant, easy to work with and provide excellent service all the way around. He recommended Dr. Graves as an oral surgeon, and as expected, he too is fabulous. Dr. Lanier has always been able to provide pain free dental services, which include a crown.
Several of our family members see Dr. Lanier and we all highly recommend him. The office staff and dental assistants are all wonderful

The best dentist I've been to. Doesn't try to sell you on unnecessary procedures. Referred me to an excellent periodontist too which I really needed. I highly recommend Dr. Lanier. He filled two cavities for me and it was painless.

Very personable. His staff is top rate. Nothing fancy about the up-to-date facility, but very comfortable.
If you like fish tanks, they've got a great salt water one in their waiting room.

I was a patient of Dr. Lanier for many years when I lived in Burke . I have moved and have seen 5 different dentists in the last 5 years due to insurance issues. Each Dentist commented extentively on what excellent work had been done previously in my mouth. I am very thankful for his excellent treatment and these comments are proof of the way I have always felt. Dr. Lanier is an excellent dentist.

Very unpleased with the *customer service*. The dentist himself is fine until your bill comes. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS - and what they are billing you for.

Dr. Lanier provides virtually painless treatment, usually with success, but if not, very cooperative in providing free re-do treatment. Accepts blue-cross insurance (and probably others). Chair side manners not the best, but not unpleasant. Ability to see you on short notice excellent. Front desk (Nancy) is excellent.

I and my family were referred to Dr. Lanier by a friend who is happy with his services. Our experience was not possitive. My wife and I both have crowns installed by Dr. Lanier that despite numerous returns to the office still are not right. They stick up too far, don't reach the gum line, get food stuck in and around them, are difficult to floss, etc. Dr. Lanier was listed with our insurance as a primary care provider. Still his staff charged us more than the insurance company would pay and did not accept the co-pay as full payment for the exam, x-rays, cleaning, etc that are supposed to come paid 100% yearly. My cleaning was mediocre at best and left me needing another cleaning, which I had to obtain elsewhere. We are looking for another dentist.
