Went to see Dr.Fischer for a root canal she numbed me then went off for a long time on her cell phone. When she came back she said "raise your hand if you feel any pain" Well towards the end it started to hurt so I raised my hand. She told me to wait just a little bit longer she was almost done. I told her it hurt couldn't do it! She got angry numbed me again then came back to finish it . Needless to say athe root canal went bad had to have someone else fix it. It cost me alot of money, the other denist told me she left a gap, and it caused an infection! I Would never go there again!!

I have been with the Fischers since 1997 and not once has any member of my family been dissatisfied. I am a wimp when it comes to pain and they have made sure that every visit is pleasant and pain free. When I needed to see them in a hurry they have always worked me in. Additionaly, I have referred their office out to several newcomers in the area and all are still with them, one individual even stated that she was very happy with them. As far as cost goes, I would say that their prices are the norm for this area, if not less. The Fischers were recommended to me from a friend.

Teams with husband, poor "bedside manner". Offices are moving to a 3rd location soon, and office seems disorganized. Office manager in particular is unprofessional, even rude. The office makes billing errors with Tricare/United Concordia patients and doesn't submit proper paperwork to the insurer to obtain maximum coverage for the patient.
