Dr. Fariello has been my dentist since I moved to the area. I decided to stick with him when he closed his Crystal City, Va., office and now travel to his Fairfax, Va., office for my checkups. He has always been efficient, friendly, and expert in taking care of my teeth. He does the work himself--there is no hygienist or assistant doing it under his supervision. he is magnificently fast and accurate. I recommend him completely.

Good results, great support staff, spartan office - difficult to find parking.

I have gone to Dr. Fariello since 1977. I am probably the world's worst "chicken" when it comes to being antsy and scared about dental work,even simple cleaning of teeth. Dr. Fariello is absolutely the best, gentlest dentist I have ever had. He has always been pleasant and works quickly and does excellent work. He has nitrous oxide to make it easier to relax. He has a very pleasant, low key personality. He does all the work in your mouth himself, including cleaning. The only other employee is a lady at the front desk who knows each patient by name. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold Fariello.
