I made new patient appt.. wanting to see the Dr. to see if he could help me. I hadall my forms completed, ins. card & paper ready, mouth guard, etc. . When I arrived, the hygenist or sales rep. (she never expl. her position). met with me. She talked about their machines, treatments, costs; and even though the Dr. was in plain site, a few feet away from us, he never had the professional courtesy to say hello or even introduce himself. The Dr. never came to the room to address me, to look at my medical forms, my mouth, mouth guard, or ask question about my prior treatment, or even asked me how I was feeling. Nothing.I find this business model to be very unprofessional and uncaring. This office is more about apperance than substance. It is not about money, it is about being professional, and expecting a Dr. to be a Dr. There are more professional Dr.s around.

Dr Burch's office is sumptuous and those working there are kind and very courteous. Down side was he didn't accept insurance, although they will submit the paperwork for you, and they require payment up front.
