I met Dr Miks 24 years ago, and since then I have worked with many other dentists. I can easily say he is the most neat,, perfectionist, knowledgeable and one of the doctors with most passion for his work , that I ever met.
I highly recommend Dr Miks for any dental and cosmetic treatments needed.

He is great. Did a crown, fixed chipped tooth, fillings...all extremely well. I hate the shots and he does those very well, too. Also treating for recession. Great manner and treatment. Highly recommend.

Dr. Miks has exceeded my highest expectations for professionalism and compassion. He has always been thorough and caring and has provided me with topnotch care. Charlie is the best dentist I've ever gone to. He's a keeper!
I had 4 cavities and need root planing. This required 3 separate sessions of novacaine. He heats the novacaine to 98.6 degrees, the human body temperature, so when he puts the needle in your mouth, you can't feel the medicine going in. It was the first time I never felt uncomfortable while getting a shot.
Charlie also has a great sense of humor and is really caring. Such a nice guy!

liken Dr. Miks to an old world European craftsman who plys his trade like a skilled artist. He is honest and takes the time to explain his procedures and what he recommends. From this perspective I would give him the highest of recommendations.
He is, however, very expensive and doesn't accept any insurance. If you ask, his staff will provide the paperwork for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. He has reduced the number of days of the week that he is open so you have to be flexible in your schedule to get an appointment. I have never received a reminder when it is time to come in for a cleaning.
About Hygienist: This varies. Hygienists aren't always the same but usually they are gentle and friendly. The facility is very clean and precautions are taken to ensure sterility.
