Dr. Denison was punctual and friendly, this was my frist visit ( recommend by MANY! ) and I will return in 6 months for my next check up! I had a cleaning and a recommendation for removal of 2 wisdom teeth! I would highly recommed Dr. Denison

About Front Desk: Front Desk staff (Shelby) fit me into the schedule when I needed an emergency appointment because my wisdom tooth was hurting, she had wonderful customer service and very helpful to find my insurance information, when I couldn’t.

About Hygienist: Friendly, very gentle and thorough, left feeling clean and refreshed.

Horrid, $17,000. mistake. I had an accident so I had extensive work, not happy with white chicklets he put in, and said he could shape them by filing them. He never did, he told me he'd bleach the lower teeth to match, he didn't. His front office manager at the time (she is gone now) got very loud and rude with me. It was a night mare. Then they sent me a letter telling me not to come back after me paying over 17,000. My teeth were never finished. Seeking a new dentist over a year later to crown the last 2 and whiten the bottom to match. Many people point it out and I am happy to tell them who did this.Seemed nice the first day. I think he might have finished it, if the O.M. didn't get in his head. He did crowns and a bridge.

About Front Desk: Renee was nice, But the office manager (at the time1/12) was always rude and condescending. The wrote me a letter to never come back, and had him sign it.

About Hygienist: The ladies on staff for chair side were wonderful, I don't believe I had a hygienist.

I love Dr. Denison as a dentist, however, his front staff is incompetent! Three times now they have mixed up my appointment time, I even called prior to the appt time to confirm and the receptionist confirmed but when I got there today, 20mins before my appt, it was 15mins PAST my scheduled appt time I was told my appt was for 30mins later! I left upset! Total wait was about 55 mins.

He is a great Dentist with a very comfortable area to get your work done on your teeth. His staff is the best also Thank You Debbie

Every effort made to accommodate the patient and to create a relaxing experience. Never (in 4 years and counting) have I had to wait in the lobby more than 5 minutes for my appointment to begin. Never have I had a procedure that has caused or left pain and discomfort. Doctor's focus is on the patient having the perfect smile. He makes recommendations on improvement but does not do a "hard sell" on any particular service. The best doctor personality and technique-wise, the best office staff service and cleaning-wise.
