I made an appointment for my 16 year old to get zoom whitening, I informed them of her age when I made the appt. Took 30 minutes to schedule while the person on the phone checked with the doctor etc. We arrived for our 8:40 appt 10 minutes early as requested to fill out paperwork and were told at that time that they would not perform the zoom on her because of her age. We established this on the phone the day before and it was no issue and then they make me drive 40 minutes, take off work and drive home 40 minutes with nothing done. Completely unprofessional office. They said they tried to call, I had my cell on me, no call, as they I guess wrote my phone number down wrong. Ridiculous, I called 5 dentists that day none of which had an issue with her age. A complete waste of my time. Would never recommend such an unprofessional office.
