This was the strangest dental experience - Dr. Casey (Sr., not his son) was laughing the entire time he was in the room with me. When I asked him what was so funny he said nothing but then continued to laugh. It was irritating and very unprofessional.
He also did not check my gums, which I knew needed to be treated.

Both Dr Caseys have been very good to my family.
We are very happy with the whole office.
Thanks to Dr Todd Casey I am finally returning to a dentist after many years of avoiding them! My work is not finished yet so I can not comment on the final results, that's why you only see three stars on the ratings, so far things are going well. I'll keep you posted.

Although I like Dr. Casey I was not impressed with his office staff. Also, one of the hygenists is extremely rough with the teeth cleaning.

Dr. Casey & Dr. Casey are very personable, nice and put you at ease. However, my complaint is that they do not spend enough time with the patients. The hygienist cleans the teeth and the dentist says to open peeks in quickly and asks the hygienist when I should be seen next. He does not touch or examine anything in my mouth or spend more than several seconds even looking in my mouth. In the times that I've been there I don't think the dentist has spent any more than a minute or maybe 2 at the most with me. And, that time is not all spent looking at or discussing my oral health (instead weather, sports, etc.) Very nice guys and seems very capable. But, just not enough personal dental attention. Also, the parents don't go back even with the young 3-year old kids. I understand why, but at my daughter's 5-year checkup I did not even get to see or hear from the dentist. Again, not nearly enough time with the dentist. She was in and out of the examining room in much less than 10 minutes - probably 5 min. Everything else about the office is fine. I have had no problems with billing, insurance help, hygiensists, front desk, etc.

george casey and his son and their staff create an incredibly friendly environment, and get thier work done expediently.
