This dental practice is hard to chew much less swallow. When I made a phone call appointment I explicitly stated prophylaxis and checkup and asked if the cleaning was free as with other dentists affiliated with my insurance. I was told it was. On the day of my appointment I was made to wait 40 minutes, after which I was called in and two aloof staff members (a male and a female) prepped me, all the while talking over my head. Dr. Anoushfar finally came out after 20 more minutes, donned gloves and rummaged around my mouth, rattled off over $5,000 worth of repairs to her assistant, generated the list for me and refused to give me a cleaning which, she said, they don't do until "your first appointment." It took her all of ten minutes and I did not see her smile once. Stressful, brusque, and impersonal is how I'd characterize her practice. I was not even given a chance to discuss options. I have since decided to take my $5,000 worth of business to much friendlier and warmer dentists.

I had a crown down beautifully although was a bit painful and stressful. Didn't feel very comfortable in that office although the result was good.

Good service, good value. I've had crowns replaced, crowns put in from scratch, and deep cleaning for periodontal disease. All went well. The hygenists are very nice. The doctors (except Dr. Anoushfar) seem to rotate so it's always different but the results are consistent. Stress level is low

I went for a cleaning first and my mouth was slightly sore afterwards. The X-ray showed cavities that developed under my sealants. My first cavity experience was pretty horrific - 3 in my back bottom teeth. Although the staff was polite, the cavity filling was scary and painful.
