About Front Desk: I called to make an appointment today as a new client. The receptionist did not seem to know anything about the practice, if they were taking new clients, but did take my name and number. I asked for the address, but there was silence on the phone, so I said "hello, what's the address?" To which she said "uh, um..." and went silent again. I asked a third time "What is your address" and she still did not answer me, or say anything so I said thank you I will find another practice. I was not off the phone a minute and she calls back and says, "That's why your breath stinks" Then she hung up the phone. Unbelievable. So I'm sure if the dentist knew this receptionist was calling back potential new clients with unfounded insults she probably would not be employed. To me, it is a reflection of the service I would probably receive if I used this practice. So I'm glad this happened and saved me the trouble of being treated poorly to my face.
