I had a lot of pain after Dr. Thomas put crowns on 2 of my teeth. I called repeatedly to have him look at them, but he was never available. So I went back to my old dentist, who found the teeth to be in bad condition. I had to have both crowns pried off, and they found that the teeth were rotting underneath, because they had not been properly cleaned! Since then I have had root canals on both teeth, plus new crowns, and one of them still bothers me. I called Dr. Thomas' office to explain the situation and to at least ask for a refund on the faulty work, and all we got was yelled at! DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST. You will regret it.

We will never go to Dr. T again. My husband went in for a routine cleanring and had 2 cavities filled. After 2 weeks of discomfort, he was still in pain so went back to the dentist and was told to wait it out. Within a few months, he was in TERRIBLE pain and ended up going to an emergency dentist who identified that one of the fillings was cracked and chipped. After fixing the first filling, my husband had terrible pain in the other filling. His entire jaw has swollen up to twice its normal size due to the filling. He has to get a root canal. One filling going bad could be a coincidence, but two? This is clearly incompetence. Do not go to this dentist if you want a healthy mouth. Also, the office is old and musty. They work odd hours and even when they are open it is unlikely that someone will actually pick up the phone. It usually took me 3 or 4 calls just to get someone to pick up the phone. Save yourself a lot of grief and find another dentist.
About Hygienist: One of the hygienists is ridiculous. I have one slightly uneven tooth in my mouth and she tried to tell me that I needed braces. She also tried to tell me that even though my wisdom teeth are healthy and straight, I should have them removed because "most people remove them." I don't know what kind of deal this office has with an oral surgeon, but I don't like being told that I should get costly medical procedures when my teeth are clean, comfortable and healthy.

Used to be afraid of dentists, not anymore. Dr. Thomas is great. Karen in the office handles all insurance info, all I had to do was sign and pay my co pay. Dr. Thomas speaks and understands clearly, no confusion. Awesome

Absolutely ripped off. They spent less than 5 minutes for deep teeth clean, plaque and stain all over the teeth. Then they charged $600.
Never want this kind Dentist again.

They take 10 minutes to do a deep clean,
just like no clean at all.
The charges is huge.
Never go to this dentist for a teeth clean.

Absolutely excellent care with a super result. The office is fun and inviting. His skill in straightening teeth is unparalleled. Dr. Thomas is kind, warm and wonderful and his staff is the same.
