I went to this doctor for my cleaning and continued to go bc it was clean and nice at the beginning. I got a filling because I had pain on one of my molars, but according to them, I had to have 2 fillings -- however, whenever I went back and made reference to the 2 fillings, they kept telling me that my chart said I only had 1 filling...all the while, I had been charged for two. I had to go back about three times for that filling, to get it fixed because it chipped after just one week of having it done; after that, it was left rough and it bothered me and gave me pain when I ate hot/cold and I complained. So after calling and requesting an appointment (which they didn't want to give me because "my doctor" wasn't in, even though I hadn't seen that doctor except for the very first time I had been to their office, thereafter I saw a different doctor every time) I got a time slot and JASON FAVAGEHI saw me -- the man argued with me, telling me that my filling wasn't chipped even though I could clearly feel it. He said it only needed polishing, but I could *feel* almost a tiny hole through. He argued with me and was EXTREMELY rude, behaving as though he were dealing with a small child. I have never gone back even to get my filling
