I recently had surgery with Dr. Coke and can not say enough good things about her and her staff. I had an implant done by another oral surgeon in the area about 2 and half years ago. Unfortunately, for some reason it failed and Dr. Coke had to remove it. This first surgery went better than I expected. She said there was a lot of infection around the implant and I had to wait about 3 months to have another one placed. I hardly had any pain after that first surgery. She placed a new implant and that surgery was even easier than having the implant removed. It all went seemlessly and the staff and Dr. Coke explained every step that needed to be done with such thoroughness that there were no surprises and I knew what to expect before every surgery. They even called to check on me the next day after both surgeries. The best part was getting a note in the mail from one of her staff (Jennifer) stating that it was a pleasure to have ME as a patient there. Talk about customer service. Dr. Coke is top notch in my book!

Dr. Coke is OUTSTANDING!! The staff is exceptional, very caring and knowledgeable. I had several implants done by Dr. Coke and have had no issues whatsoever. I was very nervous about my procedure, but was put totally at ease by the staff and the Dr. I would highly recommend Dr. Coke and her staff to family, friends, and associates!
About Front Desk: I feel the staff bent over backwards to work with me to get my appointments scheduled, and they were extremely courteous and kind during the process.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Coke. It was a tremendous experience from start to finish. The procedure was handled with extreme professionalism by both Dr. Coke and her staff. Although one of the extractions proved to be complicated, Dr. Coke handled it with ease and my daughter had minimal discomfort following the procedure. As a medical professional myself, it was comforting to recognize the extreme skill and caring Dr. Coke brought to our case.

LOVE Dr. Coke and staff!!! In the past 4 years, I've had to have two teeth extracted and two implants placed. I had anxiety about the first procedure but the staff made me feel like family from the moment I walked in the door. The procedure and follow up appointments seemed "too good to be true" but they weren't. I read a previous review regarding Dr Coke not remembering someones treatment so I wanted to share my experience. When I had my first procedure, I mentioned some personal family medical problems that my father had (unrelated to dental/oral surgery). When I went back two years later for a second extraction/implant, Dr Coke inquired about the health of my father. Again, I felt like family because of the quality service and overall warmth of the facility.

Although I have a family member in the dental business, I opted to have my oldest child have his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Coke due to referrals by other parents at my sons high school. It was a great decision because the entire staff put my son and I at ease and explained every aspect of the procedure. Due to the great experience, my younger son also had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Coke. I have zero complaints about my experience. I would highly recommend (and have several times) Dr. Coke to others. The staff walked us out to the car and called my home later to check on my kids.

the older lady at front desk is very rude and they would not let me go back w my son before surgery, which made me very uncomfortable. after surgery and following appts with dr Coke she didn't even remember my son or his case unless looking at file..Ends up she damaged one of his nerves and his tongue and gums are still numb three years later!!! Dr Coke has never acknowledged any wrong doing on her part nor showed any type of compasssion!

All I can say is...THE BEST IN TX! Dr. Coke and her staff made taking my daughters wisdom teeth out the best experience surgery can be.

Awesome doctor and top notch staff! They were contracted with my insurance and my total co-pay was less than $200 for all 4 wisdom teeth to come out. The office told me that they are contracted with almost every insurance. Go there!
