Had to have a partial root canal - only DDS available on short notice. My DDS out of town. Dr. Marcou was not the most pleasant DDS. He was very impersonal and ground down one of my other crowns for no apparent reason (which now has a slit in it). Got very agitated when I wouldn't take the prescription for pain meds. Would never go back to him.
Had to go back to same office for a complete root canal. This time I saw Dr. McMillan. She was top notch and explained everything to me and showed me what everything looked like.

Dr. Marcou is an attentive dentist. He wants to make sure the experience is pain free and that you are comfortable in every way. You are even able to watch tv in your room to help ease the nerves. The facility is spotless and very well laid out. I rarely have to wait at all when I have an appointment. I have no negative things to say about the entire experience I have had with this dental practice when I am in the chair. The only even slightly negative thing is sometimes they are booked up with appointments making the time between appointments longer than you might be hoping for. Other than that the experience is wonderful and pricing I believe is competitive. They handle all of my insurance and I have had no issues with billing.
