The Cooleys office was great. I've always dreaded my teeth cleanings, but not anymore. The girl that cleaned my teeth was awesome and Dr Aaron was great too. I've never felt so confident with the work I just received as I did following this appointment. Carl M.

What a great trip to the dentist. My teeth feel great, and even my feet feel great too. The foot massage during my visit was a nice added perk! Dr. Cooley and his team are the best. Lisa A., Bellevue, WA

My family went to Dr. Cooley for 4 years. Very nice, offices are gorgeous, feels like a spa. nice Customer service. What I did not like: THEY made mistakes in scheduling my son's cleaning, twice. At last minute, they cancelled his appointments. But to make new ones I had to wait 3-4 months to get a new time. Also, they completely close down at Christmas and a couple other times of year, and if you have an emergency then-- Good Luck! Plus, they had me come in for a "new patient" visit (I did not want to, they insisted) when we first moved to the area-- then charged me $100 for the visit! Also, the last cleaning of the day is at 3pm, which does not work with my schedule. My new dentist does cleanings until 5pm.
About Hygienist: I always ended up with different hygenists-- all temporaries, and always a different person. So I had no continuity there and was not able to build up any rapport.

Dr Cooley's office is nice. But I find the service to be very expensive.

I feel that this dentist is very overpriced and very interested in making as much money as possible at the customers expense. The facilities are terrific as is the ambiance - however, the staff were all too eager to suggest fillings be replaced, crowns be put on and although the staff I dealt with were nice I do not feel their personalities warrant the high price attached to the work. The dentist did not adequately explain the necessity of the procedures and the front desk staff were quite interested in tailoring their work toward the upper class -- only in addition to being condescending. The information I recieved on my insurance coverage was explained in a condescending tone and not all my questions were answered.
